These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use our services.

ScriptFlow provides the following digital services:

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

All projects require a written agreement (via email or proposal) outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment structure before work begins.

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project initiation.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

To ensure timely delivery of your project, clients agree to:

• Provide all required materials (logos, images, content, credentials) in a timely manner.
• Respond to queries and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all provided content is owned or licensed and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Provide accurate information regarding their business and requirements.

Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables may incur extra charges.

Major changes to the project scope after work has begun will require a new agreement and may affect the timeline and cost.

ScriptFlow will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery, delayed feedback) may result in adjusted delivery dates.

ScriptFlow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms such as Shopify, hosting providers, or external tools.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project.

• ScriptFlow retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or themes used remain subject to their respective licenses.
• ScriptFlow retains ownership of all pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools used during development.

ScriptFlow treats all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Clients are also expected to keep any proprietary tools, processes, or strategies shared by ScriptFlow confidential.

For SEO and marketing services, ScriptFlow does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue results, as these depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithms, market competition, and client cooperation.

• SEO results typically take 3–6 months to show significant improvement.
• Paid marketing campaigns require client approval before going live.
• Social media content requires client approval before publishing.
• Ad spend budgets are managed by the client and are separate from our service fees.

ScriptFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

ScriptFlow is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party platform outages, security breaches, or changes in platform policies (e.g., Shopify policy changes).

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
• Deposits are non-refundable if work has already commenced.
• ScriptFlow will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments.

ScriptFlow reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
